Life as a triathlete, Vehicross's and off-roading

Day 3 wrapped up

Started day three with a 2 hour 50 minute ride that included ascending 14 miles of Mt. Lemmon. We were lucky to beat the wind that is accompanying an incoming storm.

A 1 hour tempo run followed that…just in case our legs weren’t tired enough.

We then hit the pool for a 50 minute swim workout that in my case ended with some painful leg cramping.

The incoming storm should make our final camp day interesting. Weather calls for cold, wind, rain and SNOW….in Tucson!

To make up for all the suffering, coach Brian grilled us up some awesome steaks with sauteed onions and mushrooms! Yummy.

Coach Brian manning the grill and the happy campers!
